Progarchives rates the sophomore album of the band lower than their debut ‘Circle of Life’, but I rate it higher. I feel this album has a better flow & that the drama within it has been presented in a more proportionate, next-level manner. The bands’ songwriting seems more mature. Not that the album lacks drama. There’s plenty of it here. This is a very good prog-metal album. I’m especially impressed with Luca’s guitar wizardry. Wow! He’s up there with the best shredders! 7.5+/10.

Contemporary progressive rock that reminds me of Blackfield, the duo of Aviv Geffen & Steven Wilson; especially in the vocal dep’t. The music has a very smooth polish and sets an immersive, relaxing pace. One of it’s descriptors is that of ‘ambient rock’, which I think describes it best. I’d recommend it as good background music for a romantic evening, at least some of it.😉🤞Or for just a quiet, relaxing time. It’s very good for the niche of music it represents. 8.5/10.
